Description of Automatic Peanut Butter Making Machine
This machine is a professional production line used to make different capacity peanut butter, it with good price and wide use.

There is a conveyor belt or a hoist connection between each machine, and the work is continuous and efficient. On average, this peanut butter production line can make 200 kg of peanut butter in one hour, there are also other capacity for choosing.

Production Process of Peanut Butter Making Machine

Peeling: Remove the red skin from the surface of the peanut with high efficiency.
Roasting: Continuous roaster’s working temperature is 200-210 ºC, 20-30 minutes. 

Cooling: Peanut will be send cooling belt to cool.

Primary grinding: Using steel grinder to make the first grinding.

Second grinding:  Grinding fineness is controlled below 7μm, temperature is controlled below 68℃.

Mixing: Make the peanut butter more homogeneous.

Cooling: The butter should be cooled immediately. The temperature should go down 45℃.

Degasser: Take out the air from peanut butter.
Storage tank: Settling down in the storage tank till the temperature drop to air temperature.
