Introduction of Fully Automatic Sugar Cone Production Line

This is a modern ice cream cone production line produced by GELGOOG, it has different models, each one have a output, from 3000-7500pcs/h, can meet the different production needs of customers. It is a fully automatic equipment for sugar cone, waffle cone, rolled cone production. The production line is mainly composed of pulping machine, ice cream cone line (baking and rolling), metal detector, packaging and other equipment. Each machine is tightly connected and automated in operation.


For cone baking, there are two pieces of wafers on each baking plate. It can make the cones within145mm long, different size of sugar cones include the angle, weight, thickness, figure and depth can be customized according to the customers' demand. And if the user want to make the special cone shape and size, we can design and make other models and specifications for the client. This automatic sugar cone making machine is the professional equipment in GELGOOG company, all shell of machine made of the stainless steel, not easy to rust and corrosion, suitable for use in different environments, it is suitable for the production of large cone production in the factory. The machine with large size, if customers need, can confirm with us the area of the plant, to see if it is suitable.
