Introduction:
The Ice cream sticks are made of high quality birch wood harvested from FSC certified forests. They are complete natural, healthy and food safety, and suitble for machine use.
1/Firstly we should prepare the timber to at least 50cm length ,8cm width ,and 3.5cm thickness,then use NO.1 (Model LG-1) Timber Slicer to process .
2/The finished chopsticks is usually with the specification:φ5.5mm，length 240mm.
3/The above machines make the whole producing line :Capacity:170,000pcs/8h for making round ice cream sticks,need 4-5 workers.
Power:380V industry electric .electric consumption about 10 degrees /h
4/Generally speaking,1 cubic meter timber can produce 55,000pars chopsticks (Φ5.0mm,200mm)
5/Our machines can use the leftover materials from Wooden furniture factory and Wooden crafts factory or undersized tree to produce different specification round chopsticks .
