Project of Biscuit Production Line in Ukraine

The biscuit production line in Ukraine was designed for a local food processing company that planned to expand its biscuit production. With increasing market demand, the customer's existing equipment could no longer meet the required output, so the company decided to invest in a new production line to improve efficiency.
Following initial discussions, GELGOOG gained a detailed understanding of the Ukrainian client's biscuit types, target production capacity, factory space, and production methods, and subsequently developed a biscuit production solution tailored to their specific situation.
Ukraine Biscuit Production Line Project Requirements
The client’s procurement goal was not merely to add a single piece of equipment, but to improve the entire biscuit production process. The original process relied heavily on manual labor, and the efficiency of the transitions between different stages was limited. As order volumes increased, both production speed and product quality were compromised.
Consequently, the client sought improvements in the following areas:
- Increasing overall production efficiency and capacity;
- Reducing manual labor in the biscuit production process;
- Ensuring consistency in biscuit weight, dimensions, and baking results;
- Enabling the production of biscuits in various specifications;
- Ensuring the equipment is suitable for long-term industrial production;
- Optimizing equipment layout based on the existing factory space.
After understanding these requirements, we moved away from fixed standard configurations and instead redesigned the biscuit production process to align with the client's specific products and factory conditions.
Customized Biscuit Production Line in Ukraine
To meet the client's production requirements, GELGOOG configured a system comprising dough mixing, multi-layer sheeting, forming, tunnel baking, oil spraying, cooling/conveying, and packaging equipment, ensuring seamless integration across all production stages.
Forming and baking were the client's primary areas of focus. Mechanical forming ensures consistent biscuit dimensions across every batch, while the tunnel oven allows for precise baking parameter adjustments based on product specifications, guaranteeing optimal baking results throughout the process.
Additionally, GELGOOG optimized the equipment layout and conveyor flow to suit the client's facility, ensuring the most efficient use of available space. Provisions were also made for future product additions and capacity expansion.
Biscuit Line Project Implementation
Once equipment manufacturing was complete, GELGOOG conducted full line commissioning based on the specific biscuit varieties and production requirements. We inspected equipment operation, production flow between stages, and key process parameters. Relevant training was also provided to the operators during the installation process.
After the biscuit line entered production, all major stages operated continuously according to the established workflow. Compared to the previous labor-intensive method, manual transfer between stages was reduced, enhancing the continuity of the production process.
During the trial production phase, the Ukrainian client closely inspected the biscuit forming quality, dimensions, and baking results. They spoke highly of our equipment.
Biscuit Production Line in Ukraine Outcomes
The Ukrainian client can now execute stages such as dough processing, biscuit forming, continuous baking, and cooling with greater stability, while reducing repetitive manual tasks. The modular equipment configuration also allows for future upgrades and modifications.
For food enterprises expanding their production scale, a suitable production line must not only meet current capacity needs but also account for product variations, factory space constraints, and future expansion. This biscuit production line project in Ukraine was designed with these factors in mind, ensuring the equipment configuration aligned perfectly with the client's production goals.
By designing the solution based on the client's specific needs, we helped this Ukrainian food enterprise establish a more stable biscuit production process and laid the equipment foundation for their future industrial-scale expansion.
