The pineapple juice project was evaluated across the complete production sequence, where fresh pineapple is processed through receiving, sorting, washing, size reduction, juicing, filtration, formulation, sterilization, and automated packaging. The washed pineapples are transported by a lifting conveyor into the crushing system and then steadily fed by a pump into a high-speed juice extractor. After filling, the product undergoes bottle-inversion sterilization, spray cooling, and air drying; these steps effectively sterilize the bottle mouth and the inside of the cap, further ensuring consistent product quality and safe long-term storage for the Malaysian pineapple juice project.
 
For the downstream packaging and logistics stages, this pineapple juice production line in Malaysia is equipped with a fully automatic sleeve labeling machine, a laser coding machine, a film wrapping machine, and an automatic palletizing system.
