Peanut Butter Processing Technology:
Removing stone→Roast peanuts for about 30 minutes→Cooling it→Removing the red skin of peanut→Grinding→Mixing other materials→Cooling→Vacuum degassing→Packed in bottles or bags.

Roasting: working temperature of roaster is 200-210 ºC, 30-40 minutes is electric heating method, 25-30 minutes is gas heating method.
Peeling: Put the roasted peanuts into dry type peeler machine to remove the red skin with high efficiency. 
Grinding: Using stainless steel grinder machine to grind the peanut, the fineness is below 7μm, temperature of grinding is below 68ºC.
Cooling: Cooling the peanut butter, the temperature should go down 45ºC.
